Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish highlights around the edges and a watery hue. The nose opens with pear and subtle grapefruit aromas followed by some biscuit, roasted cashew and spice. Light to medium weight the palate has tightly focused flavours of delicate white peaches and pears interlaced with spicy cashew and a touch of mineral on the dry finish. Fresh acidity with an aftertaste of pear, nectarine, lightly toasted cashew and spice.
