Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Pronounced honeyed peach top notes are followed by cashew, honeycomb and some spicy nougat. Medium weight with an elegant yet very creamy mouthfeel the palate features flavours of dried honey and peach over a background of cashew, nougat and spice. Clean dry finish with good balanced acidity. Long aftertaste of dried honey, cashew, nougat and spice.
