Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Nosing reveals pear and citrus top notes followed by some dried hay and delicate spice. Light and dry the palate has flavours of pear and citrus over some subtle minerality. Clean dry finish with good textural feel. Aftertaste of pear, citrus and a touch of mineral.
