Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a brick red hue. Aromas of dark and dried cherries are overlaid by subtle fresh herb infusions with some earth and spicy cedar ensuing. Very supple in its textural feel the palate offers up a savoury mix of red, dark and dried cherries subtlety infused with fresh herbs finishing with earthy cedar and spice. Slightly dryish finish with bright but perfectly integrated acidity and velvet smooth tannins. Aftertaste of spicy red and dark cherries, subtle dried herbs and earthy cedar.
