Certified organic. Bright straw colour with very pale straw water like hue. The nose exhibits ripe pear aromas intermixed with some musk, honeysuckle and light spice. The palate delivers a flavour profile of pear and honeycomb followed by a touch of citrus. Creamy but dry finish. Aftertaste of pear, honeycomb and light citrus. A very dry Pinot Gris.
