Opaque black dark red colour with red purple hue. The nose opens with youthful blackberry and dark plum scents followed by a touch of liquorice and some confectionary end notes. Medium bodied the palate is relatively elegant with flavours of blackberry and liquorice over some toasty vanillin oak and light spice. Soft fine grained tannins with aftertaste of blackberry, liquorice and toasty vanillin oak.
