Obviously relatively young for a grain whisky, but balanced and (just) mature enough to bring vibrant layers of vanilla, toffee and gentle oak, enhancing the distillery's naturally mellow, sweet spirit. Aged exclusively in first-fill bourbon barrels. 57.1% Alc./Vol. Non-chill filtered.

Other reviews... Crazy aroma but great taste and finish. Despite its intensity, it remains refined and gentle until the very end. Nose: Initially very strange, like a freshly opened paint bucket and very alcoholic. Then sweet vanilla, cream candies, fresh coconut and citrus fruits come through. Also a hint of marzipan. Taste: Powerful and creamy on the tongue. This is complemented by caramel, toffee, roasted almonds and plenty of spice.
