Semi translucent dark red colour with light red hue. The nose offers up scents of dark cherries and anise overlaid with some toasty oak and spice. Light weight the palate has generous flavours of dark plum and dark cherries overlaid by some spicy toasty anise. A touch simple and lacking a degree of depth. Very fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of dark cherries, toasty anise and spice.
