A blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot. Opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Aromas of blackcurrant and mulberry are followed by some faint bay leaf, cigar box and spice. Medium to full bodied rich blackcurrant and mulberry flavours are infused with bay leaf over a background of cigar box and spice. Dryish finish with sturdy but fine grained tannins. Excellent depth with a long rich blackcurrant, spicy cigar box and light bay leaf aftertaste.
