Certified Organic. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. The nose displays ripe peach and apricot aromas intermixed with some honeycomb and nougat. Creamy textured mouthfeel with generous palate flavours of peach and apricot followed by nuances of light honeycomb and citrus. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of ripe peaches, apricot, a touch of honeycomb and citrus.
