Matured for 15 months in French oak barriques. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Rich aromatics of ripe white peaches and nectarines are intermixed with some honeycomb, cashew, light nougat and spice. Full bodied the palates richness and creaminess is wonderfully counterpointed by fresh lively acidity. Mouthfilling flavours of ripe white peach and honeycomb overlay some light toastiness, nougat, cashew and spice. Clean dry finish. Long aftertaste of honeycomb, ripe peaches, nougat and spicy cashew.
