Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays white peach and cashew top notes followed by some lightly toasted oak and spice. Light and elegantly textured the palate has flavours of pear, cashew, a touch of wet stones and mineral. Clean crisp dry finish with aftertaste of pear, cashew and stoney mineral.
