Brilliant pale straw greenish tinged colour with watery hue. The nose shows good intensity with lifted lime and lemon notes to the fore followed by some orange rind and mineral. On the palate classic lemon and lime flavours are prevalent over a subtle orange rind background and a minerally finish. Dry with clean crisp acidity. Excellent concentration and quite mouthfilling. Long lemon, lime and chalky mineral aftertaste.
