Brilliant water like colour with faint greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays lifted notes of passionfruit, gooseberry and citrus overlaid with some herbaceous grassy characters. Possessing superb flavour intensity the palate combines concentrated flavours of passionfruit, gooseberry, citrus and some light grassy overtones with an excellent textural mouthfeel. Clean crisp acid finish with long aftertaste of passionfruit, ripe gooseberry, citrus and some light grassy finishing notes. Drink now (2013)
