Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. On the nose lime and citrus top notes are followed by some green apple and light herbaceous end notes. Lime and citrus flavours are again to the fore on the palate followed by some sour green apple and subtle dried herb characters. Clean crisp finish with aftertaste of lime, citrus and sour green apple.
