2012 Handpicked Collection Central Otago Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with a brick red hue. The nose offers up scents of ripe dark plums and black cherries over some toasty oak, earth and spice. Medium weight the palate possesses plenty of richness and excellent concentration with flavours of ripe dark plums, dark cherries and anise followed by toasty oak and spice. Supple mouthfeel and velvet smooth tannins. Good depth with an aftertaste of dark plum, anise, smoky earthy cedar and spice.
