2012 Craggy Range Te Muna Road Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant pale straw colour with a greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose exhibits aromas of passionfruit and gooseberry with a herbaceous grassy overlay and hints of capsicum and citrus as end notes. The palate has excellent intensity and is nicely textured with mouthfilling flavours of herbaceous gooseberry intermixed with passionfruit which are overlaid by grassy capsicum like characters followed by some citrus and mineral on the lively refreshing finish. Good crisp acidity with long aftertaste of herbaceous gooseberry, grassy capsicum and citrus.
