Brilliant straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the edges and a pale straw hue. The nose shows good intensity with ripe pear, baked apple and light honeysuckle aromas followed by some citrus end notes. The palate has a round, almost waxy textural feel but finishes with fresh acidity. Flavours of pear, bees wax, baked spicy apple and citrus. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of pear, bees wax, citrus and spice.
