Brilliant water like colour with light greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays fresh nectarine and citrus top notes followed by some green apple and mineral. Light weight the palate has flavours of citrus and green apple followed by some delicate herb infusions finishing dry with a crisp mineral infused back palate. Aftertaste of citrus, apple and mineral.
