2011 Saint Clair Pioneer Block 14 Doctors Creek Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark crimson red colour with light crimson red hue. Perfumed aromas of ripe dark cherries, plum and anise bound out of the glass with some underlying cedar and spice. The palate delivers generous dark cherry and dark ripe strawberry flavours with some underlying cedar and a spicy back palate. Velvet smooth tannins. Good power wave with medium to long dark cherry, cedar and spice aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
