2011 Nautilus Chardonnay

Brilliant straw colour with a tinge of green mingling around the edges and watery hue. On the nose scents of nectarine, cashew and nougat are followed by a trace of citrus and some spice. Medium to full bodied, showing good richness and a creamy texture the palate has flavours of white peach intermixed with cashew followed by spicy oak and a touch of nougat with the cashew persisting right through to the clean dry finish. Long cashew, white peach, nougat and spicy oak aftertaste.
Cellar 3-4 years.
