2011 Josef Chromy Pepik Pinot Noir

Translucent crimson red colour with light crimson mauve hue. The nose displays lifted dark cherry and plum aromas followed by a touch of toast and some spice end notes. Lighter bodied and relatively uncomplex but quite flavoursome the palate delivers cherry, plum and spice flavours with a very light toast overlay. Dry finish with very fine grained soft tannins. Aftertaste of cherry, plum juice and spice.
Drink over the next 2 years (2012-2014).
