2011 Doctors Flat Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with a light red hue. The nose offers up aromas of ripe dark cherries and dark plum followed by a hint of anise, new leather and spice. Light to medium weight the palate features ripe black cherry, dark plum, anise, cedar and spicy new leather flavours. Slightly dry on the finish with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of black cherries, anise, new leather and spicy cedar. A fuller, richer style.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
