Zesty scents of lemon, lime and fresh granny smith apple are infused with flinty mineral notes. Light mouthfeel with crisp crunchy acidity. The palate has flavours of lemon and lime followed by a touch of granny smith with a crisp steely mineral finish. Aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.
