Approximately one third of this wine was matured in seasoned French oak barrels. Bright very pale straw colour with slight greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. Delicate white peach aromas are followed by some light melon and spice notes. Medium weight the palate displays spicy flavours of peach and tropical fruits with the spiciness persisting onto the back palate. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of spice, peach and tropical fruit.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2010-2013).
