2010 Witchmount Olivia's Paddock Chardonnay

Two thirds of this wine was fermented in new French oak and one third in stainless steel. Brilliant pale straw colour with a hint of greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays white peach top notes followed by some cashew, light toast and spice end notes. Medium to full bodied the palate has generous flavours of white peach, spice and toasty oak. Good mouthfeel with clean dry finish. Aftertaste of white peach, spice and toasty oak.
