Opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Scented aniseed aromas are followed by dark plum, a touch of dark chocolate and spicy vanillin oak. Medium to full bodied with a soft supple mouthfeel and good richness the palate is filled with liquoricy aniseed flavours intermixed with choc mint, toasty vanillin cedar and spice. Velvet smooth tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, choc mint, toasty vanillin oak and spice.
