Bright pale straw colour with very pale straw hue. Herbaceous grassy top notes are intermixed with some citrus followed by some green apple and green bean. The palate delivers intense flavours of herbaceous grassy gooseberry, citrus and some light pencil shavings characters followed by a hint of capsicum and spice. Clean dry finish showing excellent textural qualities and depth of flavour. Long herbaceous grassy gooseberry, citrus and spice aftertaste.
