2010 Paul Conti Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured for 12 months in French oak. Opaque black dark crimson red colour with a deep dark purple crimson red hue. Aromas of blackcurrant and mulberry are followed by some distinctive cedar notes and a touch of tobacco. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses generous blackcurrant and ripe mulberry flavours followed by some underlying cedary tobacco characters and spice end notes. Fine grained, slightly firmish but balanced tannins. Medium to long aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, earthy cedar and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years.
