2010 Macedon Ridge Blanc de Blanc

Good white frothy mousse with a pale straw base colour and a very fine profuse bead. Excellent nose with pronounced aromas of baked bread and yeast lees followed by some subtle toastiness, cashew and delicate dried honeycomb. A rich Champagne like sniff. The palate has good richness and a creamy texture with flavours of cashew nut, yeast lees and baked bread followed by some citrus and toast. Clean very dry finish. Medium to long aftertaste of cashew nut, citrus, yeast lees and toast.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
