2010 Lawson's Dry Hills Gewurztraminer

A magnificent expression of this wonderfully aromatic varietal.
Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose displays exotic and intoxicating scents of rose petals, lychee and ripe pear followed by some musk and a hint of spice. Thick, richly textured and possessing superb depth and richness this is a fantastic impersonation of Alsatian Gewurztraminer. Mouthfilling flavours of lychee, ripe pear, musk, Turkish delight and spice. Medium dry with some residual sugar present. Outstanding concentration with long lychee, musk, Turkish delight and spice aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years (2012-2014).
