Totally opaque black crimson colour with very deep crimson black hue. The nose displays liquorice, blackpepper and blackberry top notes with some underlying confectionary and spicy cedar. Rich and full the palate delivers mouthfilling flavours of liquorice and blackpepper with some meaty toasty cedar and spice on the back palate. Fine grained slightly dryish but balanced tannins. Long meaty blackpepper, toast and spice aftertaste.
