Totally opaque dark red black colour with a deep dark red hue. Aromas of liquorice and distinctive black pepper notes tie in with scorched earth, vanillin cedar and spicy dried herb notes. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel the pepper infused palate has flavours of liquorice, scorched earth and spicy old vanillin cedar. Dryish finish with finely grained tannins. Aftertaste of earthy blackpepper, liquorice, scorched vanillin cedar, dried meats and spice.
