2010 Ada River Cabernet Sauvignon

Mid weighted and fleshy with a firmish finish drying out a touch.

Midnight black core with a dark brick red black tinged hue. Scents of blackcurrant and earth mix with ripe mulberry, vanillin cedar, dried herb, subtle black olive and spicy leather. Mid weighted with a fleshy feel, blackcurrant, stewed plum and mulberry fruits meld into an earthy tobacco, vanillin cedar, dried herb and spicy leather back drop. Grainy tannins with the firmish finish drying out a touch.
