2009 Shirvington Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark red crimson red colour with black dark red hue. Aromas of ripe blackcurrant and cassis are followed by some chocolate bullet notes and spice. Big and opulent the palate is packed with decadently rich ripe fruit – blackcurrant, cassis and black plum are followed by a touch of liquorice and some spice. Solid but velvety textured tannins. Long ripe blackcurrant, cassis, dark plum and spice aftertaste.
Cellar 4-5 years (2016-2017).
