Totally opaque inky black dark purple colour with deep dark purple red hue. The nose displays aromas of ripe blackberry, liquorice and dark plum followed by some vanillin confectionary notes and a hint of toasted oak. Rich, yet elegant with a beautiful supple plush mouthfeel the palate delivers flavours of ripe blackberry, dark plum, dark chocolate, vanillin oak and spice. Velvet smooth tannins. Excellent persistence with long aftertaste of ripe dark plum, dark chocolate, vanilla and spice.
