Brilliant very pale straw/water like colour with a tinge of green and watery hue. The nose displays spicy lime, citrus and orange rind aromas. On the palate there are flavours of lime juice, orange rind and citrus followed by some mineral notes with a crisp acid backbone. Aftertaste of spicy lime, citrus and mineral.
