2009 Edwards Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black dark red colour with deep dark red hue. Nosing reveals scents of blackcurrant, dark mulberry, some cedary tobacco like qualities and a touch of spice. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses rich perfectly ripened blackcurrant flavours followed by some dark mulberry, cedar, cigar box and spice. Very fine grained well integrated tannins with long ripe blackcurrant, mulberry, spicy cedar and tobacco aftertaste.
Cellar 4-5 years.
