A blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Semillon and Vermintino. Very pale straw water like colour with water like hue. Delicate aromas of fig, pear and dried hay. The palate is very dry with some light flavours of citrus, pear and hay. Clean crisp finish with moderate aftertaste of citrus and mineral. A dry white but no classic!
