Opaque black dark red colour with deep very dark red hue. Aromas of blackcurrant and mint are followed by some background notes of earthy cedar and spice. Medium bodied the palate possesses generous blackcurrant flavours followed by some cedar, mint and spice. Dry firmish mouth puckering tannins give the wine a chalky mouthfeel. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, mint and spicy cedar.
