Pale straw colour with a slight greenish tinge around the edges and water like hue. Aromas of lime juice, citrus and spice with just a hint of toast beginning to emerge. The palate displays a steely structure with flavours of lime juice and lemon with a flinty mineral like finish. Clean crisp acidity with long aftertaste of lemon, lime and mineral.
