Brilliant pale straw colour with water like hue. The nose displays refined notes of cashew, biscuit and delicate white peach followed by a hint of nougat and spice. Medium bodied with a refined elegance the palate displays flavours of grapefruit, mineral, biscuit and citrus with some light spice on the back palate. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of citrus, cashew and mineral. A leaner style of Chardonnay.
