2008 Maxwell Little Demon Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot

A dark rich McLaren Vale blend offering great value. Produced from 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot. Opaque dark crimson red purple colour with dark crimson mauve hue. The nose delivers a ripe aroma profile – ripe dark plum, blackcurrant and mulberry notes followed by a touch of spice showing good intensity. Full bodied palate with rich flavours of dark plum and ripe blackcurrant followed by some confectionary and mulberry. Fine grained tannins with aftertaste of blackcurrant, dark plum and spice.
