Opaque black purple colour with dark crimson red hue. Muted aromas of dark plum, liquorice allsorts and spice, lacking intensity. The palate displays good weight but is short on length with flavours of ripe blackcurrant, cedar and spice. Fine grained well balanced tannins with moderate aftertaste of blackcurrant, liquorice and spice.
