Bright water like colour with water like hue. Top note of orange blossom, followed by lime and lemon – an elegant Riesling. The palate is much drier than the nose suggests – almost ‘steely’ in its minerality. Very crisp acid backbone. Very long lemon aftertaste with acidity persisting.
