Tasting note: [30ml sample] Instantly appealing. Pure and malty on the nose. Moderate sherry input but with a polished feel. A delicious tension between sweet barley and oak. Tolerable heat at the finish loses a point. Regardless, this shows a class beyond its age. Bourbon casked. 47.5% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered. 736 bottles.
