Bright straw colour with greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. Aromas of biscuit, yeast lees and delicate white peach with some flinty matchstick notes also present. Medium weight the palate displays elegant flavours of delicate white peach, biscuit and spice. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of white peach, biscuit and spice.
