The colour is spectacular – totally opaque, black purple colour with black purple hue and remarkable cling to the glass. Violet and ink top notes are followed by blackberry concentrate. The palate follows the nose, with inky blackberry and black pepper flavours, over a spicy back palate. This is a very young wine. The acidity is quite high. Long aftertaste of ink, liquorice and black pepper.
