An indie bottling from the first whisky distillery in Sweden (established in 2002). Following a slew of creative releases, Mackmyra has developed a reputation internationally. However, cask strength / single cask releases are seldom encountered, so this one from the team at Single Cask Nation is intriguing. Matured in a first-fill bourbon barrel, it should retain a lot of distillery character. 47.5% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
