Semi translucent crimson red colour with mauve crimson hue. The nose displays perfumed notes of dark cherry and strawberry followed by some spicy cedar and a hint of game as an end note. Light weight the palate displays delicate flavours of sour cherry, spice and earth with a dry finish. Fine grained dryish but balanced tannins with aftertaste of cherry, spice and earthy cedar.
